I prepare the information, explain your expectations, bring the relevant people into the conversation and follow up on the agreed steps.
That work often happens at a computer or over the phone: clarifying a point with a notaire, briefing a broker or making sure an architect understands what the client actually wants. I help you understand the decisions that come back, so the next step is clear.
